PLEASE NOTE: The new Kaffeeklatsch hours are 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. every Sunday.

If you have not been to the Indianapolis Winter Farmers' Market (901 East Street across the Street from the Lugar Towers) please come and check out all the great vendors.

In the coming weeks you will get some announcements from us regarding free events we will host @ Perk Up.
These events will be about food and health issues.
